Lindsay Wildlife Museum FREE Day Admission Saturday...

Get To Know Your Furry, Feathery, Slimy Neighbors At the Lindsay Wildlife Museum FREE Admission Day:
Saturday, February 2, 2013.

Free Entry affords the opportunity for families to personally meet and better appreciate the wild creatures that roam San Francisco Bay area backyards. The Lindsay Wildlife Museum will hold its third annual Free Admission Day, Feb. 2, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Children and adults will meet and learn about Lindsay’s 50-plus resident native wildlife face to face.

For many, this also will be a first opportunity to experience the renovations the museum underwent in 2012, including the new “Hospital Behind the Scenes” and “Raptors” exhibit.

The museum is at 1931 First Ave., Walnut Creek, 925-935-1878, www.Wildlife-Museum.org.

The Twelve Days of Kindergarten. Local Author. Fun book!...

Twelve Days of Kindergarten: A Counting Book

A totally random phone call just introduced me to Deborah Lee Rose, an internationally published, award-winning children's author from Walnut Creek, California. CLICK HERE to see other titles she's authored. Delight at the darling artwork between the pages, illustrated by Carey Armstrong-Ellis. How exciting! Let's enjoy these precious early school days while we read to our children. Fun! Fun! Fun!
